- Material & Manufacturing:The valve body is made of ASTM A105 forged carbon steel, which has 30% higher strength than cast steel. It features excellent impact and fatigue resistance, and can be used with high-pressure corrosive media such as oil and natural gas (containing H2S, CO2), while maintaining structural stability for a long time under PN100 (10MPa) working conditions.
- Trunnion Mounted Design:The ball is bidirectionally supported by upper and lower trunnions, which can offset the thrust of the medium on the ball in a high-pressure environment, ensuring that the sealing surfaces remain tightly fitted. The leakage rate is low, making it perfectly suitable for DN250 large-diameter high-pressure pipelines (such as long-distance transmission pipelines and refinery main pipelines).
- Gear Operation Drive:The gearbox can amplify the torque of the handwheel. The operating force per revolution of the DN250 valve is ≤ 200N, making it easy to open and close large-diameter valves. It also supports the installation of electric/pneumatic actuators and is compatible with automated control systems such as SCADA to meet the needs of remote precise control.
- Flange End Connection:The DN250 flange interface complies with GB/T 9115 or ANSI B16.5 standards. The sealing surface can be RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint). Bolted connection ensures rigid connection and is suitable for PN100 pressure rating. No additional coaxiality calibration is required during installation.
- High-Pressure & Large-Diameter Advantages:The flow channel diameter reaches DN250, and the flow resistance coefficient is ≤ 0.1, resulting in low pressure loss when media (such as crude oil and natural gas) pass through. The wall thickness of the valve body is designed according to PN100 standard, with high pressure resistance redundancy, suitable for high-pressure and large-flow working conditions (such as natural gas gate stations and petrochemical plant feed pipelines).
- Industry Applications:It is widely used in petrochemical, natural gas transmission, power and other industries. It performs particularly well under high-pressure (PN100), large-diameter (DN250), and harsh working conditions, and can undertake key tasks such as oil pipeline shut-off and material control in hydrogenation units.

2.What's the temperature and pressure for valves?
For metal seat, temperature range from -196ºC to 425ºC. For soft seat ball valve, temperature range from -196ºC to 200ºC. Pressure range from PN6 to PN420(150LB~2500LB).

5.Can ball valves regulate medium?
No, ball valves only can not use for regulating, it is a kind of isolating valve.
6.What's the direction of valves?
Ball Valve and gate valve are bi-directional valves, globe valve, check valve and y strainer have arrow on valve body to indicate direction.
7.What's the difference between rising stem and non-rising stem of gate valve?
The rising stem gate valve can be seen from the appearance whether the valve is closed or open. The lead screw can be seen while the non-rising stem gate valve can not. Non-rising stem gate valve handwheel will go and up when rotate handwheel, rising stem gate valve will not. And The rising stem gate valve requires a larger installation space because of the stem; the height of the Non-rising stem gate valve is small, and it will not take up too much space during installation.
8.What's the difference of gate valve and globe valve?
Gate valve is bi-directional valve, globe valve in single way valve and has fixed direction when install. And globe valve has better sealing than gate valve, when globe valve close, fluid medium add pressure on disc to keep better sealing. Gate Valve wedge is parallel with flange, when close, both side fluid medium add pressure on wedge.
