• Material:
  Manufactured from SS304 stainless steel, which delivers strong corrosion and oxidation resistance. It performs reliably with both corrosive and non-corrosive media, resisting mild acids, alkalis, and salts to maintain consistent functionality over an extended service life.
   
• Pressure Rating:
  Boasts a high-pressure rating of 5000psi (around 34.5MPa), making it suitable for high-pressure systems like hydraulic circuits and high-pressure gas transmission pipelines.
   
• Connection Types:
  • NPT (National Pipe Thread): A tapered thread standard commonly used in North America. It creates a tight seal without the need for extra gaskets, allowing for straightforward installation and removal.

1.How to guarantee your quality? When we install, if there is some quality problems, how to solve it?
We have QC department, quality inspector will check every step when processing and make reports to clients for checking. If any quality problems, we will check and reply you within 24 hours to solve it. Please contact us for any quality problems.

2.What's the temperature and pressure for valves?
For metal seat, temperature range from -196ºC to 425ºC. For soft seat ball valve, temperature range from -196ºC to 200ºC. Pressure range from PN6 to PN420(150LB~2500LB).

3.What's the materials of valves?
Stainless Steel, Forged Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel, Titanium Alloy, Nickel-aluminum, Bronze Alloy, etc. Details materials requirements could consult us at any time.

4.What's the medium for your valves?
Mostly are used in water, gas and oil. When inquiry, it is better to offer your medium, we could suggest materials and valves type for clients.

5.Can ball valves regulate medium?
No, ball valves only can not use for regulating, it is a kind of isolating valve.

6.What's the direction of valves?
Ball Valve and gate valve are bi-directional valves, globe valve, check valve and y strainer have arrow on valve body to indicate direction.

7.What's the difference between rising stem and non-rising stem of gate valve?
The rising stem gate valve can be seen from the appearance whether the valve is closed or open. The lead screw can be seen while the non-rising stem gate valve can not. Non-rising stem gate valve handwheel will go and up when rotate handwheel, rising stem gate valve will not. And The rising stem gate valve requires a larger installation space because of the stem; the height of the Non-rising stem gate valve is small, and it will not take up too much space during installation.

8.What's the difference of gate valve and globe valve?
Gate valve is bi-directional valve, globe valve in single way valve and has fixed direction when install. And globe valve has better sealing than gate valve, when globe valve close, fluid medium add pressure on disc to keep better sealing. Gate Valve wedge is parallel with flange, when close, both side fluid medium add pressure on wedge.
