1. Forging Process & Material:The valve body is made of forged F316L stainless steel, which has 30% higher strength than castings. It exhibits excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and pitting, making it suitable for corrosive media such as seawater and chemicals (e.g., acetic acid, sulfides), and extending service life by 2-3 times.
2. Trunnion Mounted Structure:The ball is fixed by upper and lower trunnions, which can offset the medium's thrust on the ball under high-pressure conditions (e.g., Class 300 and above). This ensures continuous contact of the sealing surfaces, with a leakage rate ≤ ANSI Class V, ideal for high-pressure scenarios like oil pipelines and natural gas long-distance transmission lines.
3. Gear Operation Drive:The gearbox amplifies the handwheel torque, with an operating force per revolution ≤ 150N (for DN300 specification), enabling easy opening and closing of large-diameter valves. It also supports the addition of electric/pneumatic actuators, compatible with automated control systems (e.g., SCADA).
4. Flange Connection Design:The DN300 flange interface complies with ANSI B16.5 standards. The sealing surface can be RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint), suitable for pipelines with different pressure ratings (PN16-PN100), and no additional coaxiality adjustment is required during installation.
5. 2.What's the temperature and pressure for valves?
For metal seat, temperature range from -196ºC to 425ºC. For soft seat ball valve, temperature range from -196ºC to 200ºC. Pressure range from PN6 to PN420(150LB~2500LB).

3.What's the materials of valves?

4.What's the medium for your valves?

5.Can ball valves regulate medium?
No, ball valves only can not use for regulating, it is a kind of isolating valve.

6.What's the direction of valves?
Ball Valve and gate valve are bi-directional valves, globe valve, check valve and y strainer have arrow on valve body to indicate direction.

7.What's the difference between rising stem and non-rising stem of gate valve?
The rising stem gate valve can be seen from the appearance whether the valve is closed or open. The lead screw can be seen while the non-rising stem gate valve can not. Non-rising stem gate valve handwheel will go and up when rotate handwheel, rising stem gate valve will not. And The rising stem gate valve requires a larger installation space because of the stem; the height of the Non-rising stem gate valve is small, and it will not take up too much space during installation.

8.What's the difference of gate valve and globe valve?
Gate valve is bi-directional valve, globe valve in single way valve and has fixed direction when install. And globe valve has better sealing than gate valve, when globe valve close, fluid medium add pressure on disc to keep better sealing. Gate Valve wedge is parallel with flange, when close, both side fluid medium add pressure on wedge.
