I. Core Functions

As a hydraulically actuated trunnion-mounted ball valve, it drives the ball rotation via a hydraulic actuator to achieve rapid on/off control of pipeline media. Suitable for industrial processes requiring high pressure and high torque, especially for quickly shutting off media in emergency conditions (e.g., pipeline leakage, fire warning) to ensure system safety.

II. Core Features

  1. 3PC Body Design:The valve body adopts a three-piece bolted structure (left, middle, right), enabling easy disassembly and maintenance. Internal components (e.g., seals, balls) can be replaced quickly, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
  2. Trunnion Mounted Structure:The ball is fixed by upper and lower trunnions (valve stems). Under high pressure, the ball has no displacement, and the seat sealing force increases with media pressure, ensuring excellent sealing reliability at high pressures (Class 600/900) and solving the leakage issue of floating ball valves under high pressure.

No, ball valves only can not use for regulating, it is a kind of isolating valve.

6.What's the direction of valves?
Ball Valve and gate valve are bi-directional valves, globe valve, check valve and y strainer have arrow on valve body to indicate direction.

7.What's the difference between rising stem and non-rising stem of gate valve?
The rising stem gate valve can be seen from the appearance whether the valve is closed or open. The lead screw can be seen while the non-rising stem gate valve can not. Non-rising stem gate valve handwheel will go and up when rotate handwheel, rising stem gate valve will not. And The rising stem gate valve requires a larger installation space because of the stem; the height of the Non-rising stem gate valve is small, and it will not take up too much space during installation.

8.What's the difference of gate valve and globe valve?
Gate valve is bi-directional valve, globe valve in single way valve and has fixed direction when install. And globe valve has better sealing than gate valve, when globe valve close, fluid medium add pressure on disc to keep better sealing. Gate Valve wedge is parallel with flange, when close, both side fluid medium add pressure on wedge.
