3PC Structural Design:The valve body adopts a three-piece split structure, enabling convenient installation, inspection, and maintenance. Internal seals can be quickly disassembled and replaced, making it suitable for gas pipelines that require frequent maintenance. This design also enhances sealing stability under complex working conditions.
Stainless Steel Material:The main body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (such as 304/316), which resists corrosion from sulfides, moisture, and other corrosive media in gas. It prevents sealing failure caused by rust, and can operate stably for a long time even in harsh environments like coastal areas and high-humidity regions, extending the valve's service life by 2-3 times.
Trunnion Mounted Design:The ball is bidirectionally fixed by upper and lower trunnions. Under high-pressure conditions (such as PN16-PN64), it can offset the offset thrust of the medium on the ball, ensuring continuous and tight fitting of the sealing surfaces. The leakage rate is low, making it suitable for high-pressure gas transmission scenarios such as urban gas long-distance pipelines and gate stations.
Extended Stem Design:The stem length is customized as needed (e.g., 50-200mm longer than the standard length), suitable for buried and insulated pipeline installations. It prevents the actuator from being affected by soil corrosion and low-temperature frost heave, and facilitates ground-level operation and maintenance, reducing maintenance costs.
Flange End Sealing Connection:It adopts ANSI/GB standard flange interfaces, with sealing surfaces available in RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint). Bolt fastening ensures connection rigidity, suitable for large-diameter gas pipelines from DN50 to DN300. No additional coaxiality calibration is required during installation, ensuring zero leakage at the interface during gas transmission.
Precise Gas Control Performance:Equipped with electric actuators, it supports remote automatic control (such as PLC/DCS systems). The opening and closing time is ≤ 5 seconds, and the adjustment accuracy reaches ±1%, meeting the dynamic regulation needs of municipal gas peak shaving and industrial gas flow ratioing.
Multi-scenario Adaptation Advantages:Widely used in municipal gas main networks, industrial gas boiler systems, LNG receiving stations, etc. It performs particularly well in high-pressure, strong-corrosion, and precise regulation gas transmission links (such as gas turbine fuel supply), ensuring safe and efficient operation of the system.

2.What's the temperature and pressure for valves?
For metal seat, temperature range from -196ºC to 425ºC. For soft seat ball valve, temperature range from -196ºC to 200ºC. Pressure range from PN6 to PN420(150LB~2500LB).

3.What's the materials of valves?
Stainless Steel, Forged Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel, Titanium Alloy, Nickel-aluminum, Bronze Alloy, etc. Details materials requirements could consult us at any time.

4.What's the medium for your valves?

5.Can ball valves regulate medium?
No, ball valves only can not use for regulating, it is a kind of isolating valve.

6.What's the direction of valves?
Ball Valve and gate valve are bi-directional valves, globe valve, check valve and y strainer have arrow on valve body to indicate direction.

7.What's the difference between rising stem and non-rising stem of gate valve?
The rising stem gate valve can be seen from the appearance whether the valve is closed or open. The lead screw can be seen while the non-rising stem gate valve can not. Non-rising stem gate valve handwheel will go and up when rotate handwheel, rising stem gate valve will not. And The rising stem gate valve requires a larger installation space because of the stem; the height of the Non-rising stem gate valve is small, and it will not take up too much space during installation.

8.What's the difference of gate valve and globe valve?
Gate valve is bi-directional valve, globe valve in single way valve and has fixed direction when install. And globe valve has better sealing than gate valve, when globe valve close, fluid medium add pressure on disc to keep better sealing. Gate Valve wedge is parallel with flange, when close, both side fluid medium add pressure on wedge.
