Design Features 

1. Forged-steel construction: Body in A105, F304, F316 or LF2 forgings for high integrity and pressure resistance.
2. Three-piece body: Allows in-line maintenance and easy replacement of internal parts, minimising downtime.
3. Trunnion mounted ball: Fixed ball & stem design reduces operating torque, eliminates seat deformation and extends cycle life.
4. Worm-gear actuator: Self-locking, hand-wheel driven gearbox delivers low-effort operation for large or high-pressure valves; adaptable to electric or pneumatic actuation.
5. Fire-safe design: Certified to API 607; non-metal seats are backed by secondary metal-to-metal sealing to maintain tight shut-off when soft parts are destroyed by fire.
6. Anti-static device: Spring-loaded contacts between stem & ball and stem & body ensure electrical continuity, preventing static build-up.
7. Blow-out-proof stem: Internally loaded stem design prevents accidental ejection under line pressure, enhancing operator safety.
8. Double sealing: Primary soft seat (PTFE/RPTFE/PPL) plus fire-safe metal seal provide bubble-tight shut-off under normal conditions and reliable sealing in a fire.

Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 
 
7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
